Subject: Painting the Wingnut Wings Hannover
I'm currently working on the Wingnut Wings Hannover CI.II. This seemed the perfect opportunity to try out some of Sergeys paints. First of all I have to say that I was more than pleased with how Sergey took care of the order. Everything went perfect and after a week and a half the bottles arrived at my front door. The paint itself.... just a big, big wow. I've thinned it with both Mr Thinner and Tamiya white cap thinners and both worked perfectly. The paint is on the transparent side, which allows a beautiful buildup, especially when you work with presiding or other techniques that need transparency. It sprays awesome and the finish is flawless. It's dry to the touch in a matter of minutes, and when you let it harden out for some 24 hours it is very strong. This is the number 1 paint that I'm going to use on my future WW1 builds whenever I can! Cheers!
